These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of chardiapparel.ca, chardiapparel.com, and related services operated by Chardi Apparel Inc. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
By placing an order, you confirm you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate billing, payment, and shipping information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colours and textures may vary due to screen differences. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before ordering.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel orders for reasons including inventory shortages, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud.
Contact support@chardiapparel.ca to request a cancellation or modification before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Base pricing is in Canadian dollars (CAD). Customers in supported countries may pay in local currency. The amounts displayed at checkout govern the transaction.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
A product is a preorder only when clearly identified as such. Release dates are estimates. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve inventory.
Standard shipping within Canada is free. International shipping is calculated at checkout. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees unless collected at checkout.
We have a 30-day return policy for unworn, unused items with tags attached. Contact support@chardiapparel.ca to initiate a return.
All content on the Services is owned by or licensed to Chardi Apparel Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chardi Apparel's liability for a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date.
